By using this site and with your purchase from Atantica, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice and such changes or modifications will come into effect immediately upon posting to the Site. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future versions of these Terms and Conditions, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) this Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check this Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.
Order Processing
We require one Purchase Order per order from our customers for non-electronic purchases. No order will be processed without a PO. You may fax your PO to 650-578-2804 or send it via Online form. When the order is processed, a quotation is generated and sent (faxed or e-mailed) to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the order by carefully reviewing the information on the quotation.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, money order, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and Paypal as payments. We ship COD cashier's check or money order only.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can pay online on our secure server by filling out the credit card processing form. If you prefer not to pay online, please fill out the credit card authorization form, sign and fax it to (650) 578-2804 OR contact us by phone at (650) 578-2800.
PayPal
If you prefer by Paypal please send payments to our Paypal account paypal@atantica.com. Please note that we can only accept Paypal payments from buyers with CONFIRMED shipping addresses.

Wire Transfer
When sending the wire transfer, please make sure that all of the wire transfer fees, including intermediary bank charges are paid, and the full amount is credited to our account. Please call us at 650-578-2804 or filling out our Online form.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx and UPS. We always add insurance to our shipments in the amount of the price of the product. Buyer pays the actual shipping and insurance cost.
Warranty
Used equipment we sell is tested for proper operation prior to shipment. Unless otherwise noted on your invoice Atantica provides a ninty (90) day hardware warranty from the date of invoicing on all hardware purchased. The warranty term will be indicated on your invoice. No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase (invoice date). Atantica's sole responsibility is to refund (minus shipping costs), replace or repair, at its option, any defective component. All items returned will be tested against pre shipping diagnostics of that product. Any deviation or damage to hardware will be reflected in return, refund or replacement policy. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage items will be refunded, repaired or replaced at seller's option. If an item has sustained shipping damage, you must contact the seller in writing within 2 days of the delivery and before opening the box. Buyer must contact the shipping carrier to inspect the materials. If the box is opened, you may not be eligible for repair, replacement or refund. Seller is not responsible and does not imply any warranty for the software installed or re-licensing on the items. Buyer is responsible for software licensing. Seller is not liable in anyway from its usage by the buyer and or a 3rd party sold by the buyer. Atantica does not guaranty the items eligibility for manufacturers extended warranty. The following conditions are not covered under the Warranty: * Buyer's attempt to use the equipment purchased in some special application that may require additional hardware and/or software. * Buyer's inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased. * Items found damaged because of improper handling will not be warranted and will be kept in our warehouse until buyer prepays for shipping back to them. If buyer does not send the payment for shipping within 30 days these items will be discarded.
Returns
Buyer is required to contact the Atantica to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by Online Form. Do not return defective products without a RMA number. Items returned without a RMA# will not be accepted and will cause a delay in credit. Items that are damaged in return shipping will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned to Seller.
Damaged Products
You must contact Atantica within 2 business days of receipt of the item if the product is damaged during shipment before opening the box. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping company. The shipping company will pick up the damaged product and you will be sent a replacement item. If the item is no longer available, you will be credited or refunded for your purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Atantica is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the purchased product. In no event, will Atantica's maximum liability exceed the purchase price of the equipment.
Customer Modifications
Modifications to the hardware's operating system or hardware configuration by the customer voids any warranty. Work done by Atantica to correct problems caused by such modifications will be performed at our published labor rates.
Software Support
Atantica is not responsible for and does not imply any warranty for the software re-licensing on the items. Customer is responsible from software licensing. Atantica is not liable in anyway from its usage by the buyer and or a 3rd party sold by the buyer. Atantica does not supply software or operating systems. We make no representations as to the suitability of the hardware purchased to perform any particular software application. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to investigate the minimum hardware requirements for any software intended to be utilized. Failure of the purchased equipment to process a software application is not a warranted event. Return of the original machine for the failure to perform a software application will be subject to a 20% of original purchase price restocking fee.
Legal Juristiction
All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Special Orders
Special orders once placed may not be canceled.

All product names are trademarks and registered trademarks of their respective companies.
